Michael oversees the company’s executive initiatives and co-directs the Red Fox Capital fund’s overall investment strategy and general management. He brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and investments. Michael also is a Partner in Red Fox Commercial Real Estate with the desire to provide a superior full service commercial real estate brokerage firm for property owners, investors, purchasers and tenants throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Prior to creating Red Fox, Michael was a Partner with L4, a boutique private equity real estate and development firm with the goal to maximize client wealth through private real estate investment. Michael studied finance at the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business and the American Graduate School of Business in Switzerland, La Tour-de-Peilz. He also completed the rigorous Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) curriculum and Masters in Commercial Property (MICP), recognized for producing the top five percent of commercial real estate practitioners worldwide. He is active in the local banking community as an Advisory Board member, Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Real Estate Investment Securities Association, and is the Development Chairman and Board Member for a local charity helping children and veterans with disabilities. |

team@redfoxcapital.co Scott is the Co-creator and Manager Member of Red Fox Capital’s investment funds. Scott oversees company acquisitions, portfolio management and business-development activities. He brings over 20 years of commercial real estate, property development and portfolio management to the firm.
Scott also is a Partner in Red Fox Commercial Real Estate with the desire to provide a superior full service commercial real estate brokerage firm for property owners, investors, purchasers and tenants throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Prior to creating Red Fox, Scott was a partner with L4, a boutique private equity real estate and development firm with the goal to maximize client wealth through private real estate investment. Scott’s focus was managing entitlement and development of numerous industrial, office, mixed use, and special use projects. Scott specialized in solving complex issues facing property owners ranging from wetland mitigation to access and road network issues with the Department of Transportation. Scott studied Civil Engineering at the University of Virginia and completed the Masters in Commercial Property (MICP). Scott is active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and is a community leader with his son’s little league association. |
